Page does not load in browser, format is wrong

Hey guys, so the site and app itself works fine but whenever I try to open my site on the browser, the format is completely wack, with titles overlapping each other and no theme to be found. I tried deactivating all plugins and the problem persists.
I don’t think it’s the theme’s problem, I made a new WordPress and still had this issue.
If anyone could help that would be awesome.

It looks fine to me, so I would think that it’s a browser issue. Read this:

It’s supposed to be a celsius theme, but all I’m seeing is a turquoise chunk at the top with a list of menu options, then blocks of texts under it. My friend is having the same issue using a different computer.
I tried clearing cache/cookies/all document data, and switching browsers but it’s still not working (used Google Chrome/Safari).
