Page doesn't scroll after exiting gallery carousel.

After viewing a gallery in the carousel view and closing that out, I am stuck in one position on the blog’s page, cant go up or down. I have to reload the page and continue from the beginning. This is a terrible problem for my viewers and I’m wondering if there is a fix. Thanks.
