Hello @kozaktbr!
If we are talking about this website (https://nowornevercompl.wordpress.com/), you would have to add your php code like this as recommended here (https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/posting-source-code/):
[code language="php"] <?php echo do_shortcode('[smartslider3 slider=6]'); ?> [/code]You can’t add that only this right into the page:
<?php echo do_shortcode('[smartslider3 slider=6]'); ?>However, looking at your php code, all that this would do is would add just the shortcode itself into your page so you could simply add this into the page and forget about the whole <?php code:
[smartslider3 slider=6]Here you can find more about code, too, in general: https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
Don’t forget about this documentation, again:

Hi there,
I believe you site, http://www.nowornever.com.pl is a self-hosted WordPress site. In any case, it’s not possible to add PHP code to a WordPress.com site.
This forum is only for WordPress.com sites. The following support document explains the difference: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Please visit the WordPress.org support forums for assistance.
All the best!

You can’t add that only this right into the page:
This should actually read:

Yes, it’s a self-hosted WordPress site.
Could you help me, how I can login to my wordpress desk, becouse when I’m trying i got a message ” Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /wp-content/themes/yosemite-lite/inc/custom-header.php on line 30″ -
Please ask in the WordPress.org forums or with your web hosting provider, where they are more experienced in issues like this.
Cheers.

Looking at your domain (http://www.nowornever.com.pl/), as the other people mentioned above already, I see that this is not hosted on WordPress.com, but on HOME PL. What this tells us is that you are WordPress.org user, not a WordPress.com user.
This forum is dedicated only to the websites hosted on WordPress.com.
WordPress.org is the self-hosted version of WordPress.com. To learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, check this link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
The support forums for WordPress.org can be found here: https://wordpress.org/support/. Feel free to follow the link and create a new support request, like you did here.
You should get in touch with your host (HOME PL) as only you and them have access to your site files. You can contact them HERE.
Hope this helps!

Thank you for the note, @justjennifer. I knew that, however I think I had a small missunderstanding of the documentation I was looking at here.

@mihaiapetrei – you might have missed staff-frank’s reply here as you both posted at the same time. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/page-doesnt-work-3?replies=9#post-2995792
Sometimes forum threads go very quickly when there are number of people answering questions (as there are now) so it pays to Refresh the page and scroll back up to see if other answers haven’t appeared in the meantime.
Best!
