page edit v preview inconsistency

Hi, I’m using a theme new to me (Twenty Twenty-Two (Mint) ) to prepare a new site. But I’m now getting an inconsistency between what I see for page preview and what I see on page edit (edit seems to be a previous version). Can’t understand why – have cleared browser cache

apologies for nagging follow-up, but I’m still having this problem of inconsistency between what I see during edit (and can go back to, edit, save, go back to again etc), and what I see for page preview .
Any views on whether it could still be a caching problem, or is it something else? I’ve tried clearing browser cache, using different browsers, different devices.
Could it be server-side caching causing the problem? It’s a free site, so apparently clearing the server-side cache isn’t available -

Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve cleared the cache for https://grovefcgnew.wordpress.com/ so please let me know if that makes any difference.
Additionally, double check that you don’t have any ad blocks enabled for WordPress.com. You should also rule out any browser extensions being the problem by turning those off temporarily. Please let me know what browsers you’ve tried and the version numbers.
Last thing, if possible, please take screen shots of what you’re seeing and put those in your site’s media library. We will be able to take a look from there and that will help us gain a better understanding of what’s going on.
