I created a page and would like to easily move some of my stored blog posts to the new page from the blog posts column.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you want to display your blog posts on the page you have just created? If yes, you need to set custom home page for that. So that, you can set your page as a blog page.

What you want is not possible. Pages are static and are for content that rarely changes. You can, however, set a page to show you blog posts by going to Customizer > Static Front page > A Static page and select a page under post page. See screenshot https://cl.ly/2W2H3x030u2r
There is one solution to show your selected posts using archive pages.
Create a category and add your desired port to that category. The respective category archive page would only show those posts.

If you would like to put some of your posts on other pages you will need to assign categories to the posts you wish to display on the other page and then create a custom menu to display posts containing that category.
Please follow these steps:
1) Assign categories to your posts: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories
2) Create custom menu(s) items: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#1-create-a-custom-menu
3) Add the categories for the posts you wish to display when that menu item is clicked: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/#adding-category-pages
