Page Editing Options Gone

I’ve recently updated wordpress to the 4.9.8 and now I have no page editing options under the HTML Section. I’m using wordpress as the backdoor to my website and cant seem to find a solution anywhere to help resolve my issue. I’ve deactivated and updated all of my plugins, restored older files and databases, and made sure the box isn’t checked in my user profile for ‘Disable the visual editor when writing.’
I’m not a website guru just need someone to point me in a direction I haven’t tried yet. I’m running Kayllas Them v3.6 if that means anything.
