Page Error 403 Forbidden on one of my pages

    Hi there, whenever I set up a page under a permalink for my site such as deliverydegree.com/start I receive an error 403 Forbidden, but if I make a new page with the same contents and have any other different permalink, such as deliverydegree.com/start-2 (or any other word) the page loads and works perfectly. Not sure what the problem could be, looking for help. Thank you!

    I’m afraid that this site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
