Page form is RTL for no reason

hi,
I am having a problem in my page, the page is RTL, the search bar is RTL even though the language is English.
I had to do the menu upside down to look like LTR but now when i change the language to Arabic it is the other way around.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
