Page full of photo's

  Hi,
  I hope i’m using this support forum properly (apologies if I’m not).
  I came across a blog and its home page was taken up all with photo’s, side by side, no gaps.
  I was wondering if there’s a special widget for that? Or do I make a new ‘page’ and just fill it with photo’s?
