http://www.pilegrimsguiden.noIt now appears to be some kind of massage-site there…
When I reset password and logged in it seems that my whole page has been deleted.I would be very happy if you could help me asap!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello,
The first step you should take is to change your password. WordPress also supports two step authentication which can further protect your blog:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/I’m going to add mod look to the tags area of this thread so that staff can have a look too. Don’t delete the comment so that they can review it properly.
-
Thanks, I will wait for further assistance from the staff.
I have changed my password. Though at the moment it is not much to protect, as the site appears to be completely deleted…

You’re welcome, if you haven’t subscribed to this topic I suggest doing that so that you stay connected and see replies as they come in. Good luck.

Good Morning –
pilegrimsguiden.no is not connected to WordPress.com. It’s not registered through us or mapped to a WordPress.com account.
-
That is not correct. The account was registered two years ago (30.03.2015): pilegrimsguiden.wordpress.com.
It was linked to the domaine http://www.pilegrimsguiden.no through Solidhost, and I have been administered it through the wp-admin page.
So please look further in to this, as the page (which I can now login in to with my email) has had its content deleted, and the domain is redirected to another page.
In advance, thank you so much for your help!

That site is not on our wordpress.COM servers we cannot help you with it.

pilegrimsguiden.wordpress.com is a free site on the account that will never expire. It’s still on your account and working.
There is not any history of pilegrimsguiden.no being mapped to this user account, ever.
Were you using the WordPress installation with a hosting company?

Dears,
brombear.com which you refer to is the ones who have hacked and stolen our page/domain! This is not our page.
lizkarkoski, as you are saying (and as mentioned above) I were using WordPress and linking the domain http://www.pilegrimsleden.no to the page though SolidHost.
I do hope you will try again to find in your archives the information that was created and stored on my wordpress page, and which I have for the last two years accessed though your site.
I am very happy that you are replying my post, yet it makes me a little frustrated when it seems like the replies are just copy paste, and does not have any relevance for the problem I am facing.
Therefor I ask you again please, to help me find and restore my files.
Thank you for your help and consideration. -

Good Morning –
as you are saying (and as mentioned above) I were using WordPress and linking the domain http://www.pilegrimsleden.no to the page though SolidHost.
If you were using a hosting company then your site was not hosted on WordPress.com as mentioned. WordPress.com sites do not have a separate hosting company.
Self hosted WordPress sites can seek help via the WordPress.org community forums at https://wordpress.org/ or through their host.
Have you been in touch with SolidHost about this?
