Page header graphic disappeared after changing name.

  I was going to use the Spectrum theme and decided the title would look better with all capitals. When I did this the colourful header graphic disappeared and refuses to reappear. I have applied another theme but when I try Spectrum again the graphic is still missing.

  Spectrum graphics are restored here > Appearance > Background
