Page Home appears on blog, but not in the Dashboard

    Page Home appears on the blog, but on in the Pages section in Dashboard. As I remember it was there in the beginning with some random text and I don’t remember what I did.
    But now it appears on the blog and cannot be erased nor can I write something there… Or I don’t know how.
    How can I fix this?
