page I land on after logging in changed, has removed all options bar 'create

  Help! They’ve changed the page I land on after logging in to my blog; instead of a list down the side with create new, look at existing, etc, there is now only one option – create new post.
  And nowhere to save a draft either.
  What is going on??
  Pse keep responses non tekkie, this is a very baby blogger speaking here!
