is there some location or place on my blog site where i can get a summary of all my page IDs in ne screen ? or do I have to click on Edit for each page and then see the page ID and note it down manually ?

Page IDs are the identifier used for pages in the site’s database, and aren’t listed anywhere in the dashboard, as they’re not intended to be used directly by site owners or visitors.
Can you tell me what you need the page ID for? There might be another way to achieve what you’re trying to do.

I wan to give the Page IDs in the Widgets to either include or exclude pages from appearing in the widget . that is why i needed the page IDs .Nowe, i have opened all the 14 pages of my site and copied the ID by hand !!

In that case copying them from the URL in the editor, or from the source code if viewing the site in your browser are the only ways, yes.
