Page ID's for WordPress.com Hosting?

  I am trying to make a list of certain pages using the Pages widget. I’ve been searching for about an hour as how to find the “Page ID” to exclude the pages I don’t want. However, when I go to the URL of the pages there is no number, it is the title of the page. I tried putting this in as well but it doesn’t work.

  How do you find the page ID when using wordpress.com hosting?

  I found that and tried it, I also tried the hovering over the link. I do not get that number, in the URL bar I get this

  Is there a way to use CSS to format text in a page post (I tried an internal style sheet) without being a premium member thing?
