Page is not being loading

    Hi, dear WordPress Support Team.

    I am a user who is enjoying WordPress.com to design my own website for a very long time. First of all, I would like to appreciate your developed technologies and many conveniences for people who are hard to make their own websites such as advanced and developed.

    I am here for complaining about a problem that my dashboard is having for now.
    And I am using a theme at the same time, however, when I try to access to the theme’s demo importer page, the whole contents on the page are simply not loading and eventually staying empty constantly. I want to change my theme’s demo but I couldn’t do anything from this start due to this problem.

    I would like to attach a screenshot but somehow I can’t find the attachment access on this page now. I also hope that you may let me know how to attach the screenshot.

    Hi @candicekn1267,

    The best thing for you to do would be to let us know of the link to your site and the name of the theme that you are using to look into your issue further.
