Page is not publishing on site

I am trying to add a page to my site, but it is not publishing. Clearly I am doing something wrong and could use a little help. I added a new page, titled it, added content and a link to the body. I hit publish, and then Preview Changes and it says I am not allowed to preview drafts. I had a person complete the site on Upwork. Is this why it is not on site, and thus how can I get it off of draft?

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Bluehost. Therefore, you need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
