Page isn't published even though i've published it

  I finished a page for my blog, but when I actually publish it and go to see it on the blog it isn’t there. I’ve tried re naming it, publishing it again, but I don’t understand why it’s not actually showing up. With free blogs are you only able to publish a certain number of pages? thank you!
