Page jump and image animation issue in Visual composer

  Hello,
  I have created few pages using Elision theme.
  In one of pages I have few images with animation and few page jumps. everything works fine as long as I stay in that page but when I navigate to another page and return to that page with jumps and images, they simply stop functioning meaning that page jumps don’t work and images don not appear. I have created everything I just mentioned, using visual composer.
  Cold you please help me resolving the issue?

  The problem is in Offer page. Under a set of 4 icons there are links to further points down the page but they do not function properly.
  Also language switcher sometimes fails to work.
