Page jump from menus
-
Hey! I need some help.
I need a way to make page jumps from my menus and sub-menus to the page.In example:
My menu has a link ‘A’ for a page which has different sections under their own headings (heading a, b and c).
I have added these sections (a, b and c) to the menu area under the main link: Menu: A -> sub-menus: a, b and c.The problem is: I need a way that makes the action of pressing sub menu ‘a’ to jump into the section ‘a’ in the page and same to the section ‘b’ and ‘c’.
How can I do this? And I am quite a newbie to the HTML code also so if you can help me with simple language, I appreciate it.
Thx a lot already!

And oh yeah. I have to have the wordpress page private for reasons. If that’s a problem, let’s see if I can change it.

You can create page jump links on any Page to any number of sub-pages but what’s the point of doing that when all sub-pages added to a custom menu will have their own links in the custom menu?
You can create a Page and use page jump links. https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
See http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/
I suggest you use page jump links

This topic says that it should be possible?
The point is in the visual side of things.
That there would be one page which includes all the sub-menus within. Just like Wikipedia articles’ Content Tables which include the jump links but instead of Content Tables, the jump links would be in the menu area.
