Page jumps

  Hi, I am trying to add page jumps to the Conversions page on my blog by following the steps I found at http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/page-jumps/
  but as I am a complete novice, the notes aren’t very clear (easy to understand) and I have not done it properly. Can someone please take a look and tell me how to correct it? You will see that the “jump to” places are in tables. Would appreciate your help.
