Page jumps

  I am trying to link from one page to a particular section on another page following the advice in this WordPress article https://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/page-jumps/. but it doesn’t seem to work! It takes me to the page but not to a particular section. So I know my anchor is working because it works correctly within the page it is on (https://everydaykindoflife.wordpress.com/2019/01/18/what-is-eden-energy-medicine/) but when I try to link to one of the sections from another page, I can’t do it! Thank you.
