Page jumps AFTER Like button

    Ack! Horrible! I just posted my first post with page jumps and am appalled to see the page jumps fall AFTER the Like button. It’s going to confuse my readers something awful and the only option I see is to turn off the Like button. The jumps should appear immediately after the last item on the page and the Like button should only appear on the first page, below all the page content. Is there any workaround for this?

    Worse, both the Like button and the share button(s) have full width, horizontal rules to separate them from other content. If I display these items on my posts, readers will get to the bottom of each page/screen and have look past/below two rules and a bunch of Like avatars to find the link to the next screen. That’s illogical.

    I have the CSS upgrade, if there’s a way to make the page jump links display above the Like and share buttons.
