Page jumps from navigation menu in Twenty Seventeen Theme (still unsolved)

    sorry my page isnt published yet, its local, so you dont need to visit the page I was forced to put under site I need help on.

    Hi, for 2017 theme, I need the Menu to jump to the About and Contact locations on the continuous scroll of the home page and not the solo About or Contact page. I just want the Menu to take me from section to section. There was a previous post to this and the person only linked to an article about how to make Anchor Links. 2017 doesn’t allow the Menu to link to Anchor-links. And it would be nice to get in on that smooth scrolling of the down arrow thats only on the side of the menu section. This theme has the layout and style I’m looking for, but is incredibly hard to customize.
