Page layout

Hi, how do you manage to get such a gorgeous layout as the one set in the demo page : how do you modify the automatic setup of the differents posts on the page (size, pictures, …)? My page is nice but just standard since all the posts are one below the others with the same layout for every one. Thank you for your help.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi @olivier0801, you mainly need to add a few more posts. Also, can you try adding featured images with different aspect ratios? So have one post with a square image, one with a landscape featured image, one with a portrait. Also, try different post formats. Patch thrives on varied content, as you can see from the demo here:
    https://patchdemo.wordpress.com/

Also, while the image sizes there are different, they do have the same filtered look with their colors. That can help pull the look together, and most basic photo editing programs have some filters built in. I hope that helps!

Oh, and lastly, if you need more images, try a site like pixabay.com. Good luck!
