Page layout changed

Help! I briefly installed a social sharing plugin, it was too complicated for me and I deleted it. Now all my blog posts are either on the far right or the far left of the page with a big gap, rather than centred and filling the whole page. What can I do, please?
My blog is https://www.suddenlunch.com/ and you need to open a post to see what I mean.

Hi there! 👋
I checked your page https://www.suddenlunch.com/add-turmeric/, and it seems the layout is not following your usual design — the content looks stretched, and spacing/formatting seems off.
Here are a few things you can check and try:
1. Check Block Alignment & Width Settings Open the page in the Block Editor:
Click on the main content blocks (Group/Paragraph/Image, etc.)
In the right-hand sidebar, look for options like:
Alignment: Set to “Wide” or “Full Width” unintentionally?
Padding/Margin: Reset any custom spacing
Revert to “Default” where needed
2. Restore a Previous Page Version If it was working earlier
Edit the page
Click on “Revisions” in the top right
Restore a version from before the layout changed
3. Check Theme or Template Settings Are you using a block theme with Full Site Editing (FSE)?
Go to Appearance → Editor
Open the template used for Pages (like “Single Page”)
Check if the layout or content area width was edited
If you’re using a classic theme, go to Appearance → Customize and inspect layout options.
4. Clear Browser + Site Cache Sometimes layout bugs are cached:
Clear your browser cache
If you have a caching plugin, clear that cache as well
Let me know:
What theme you’re using
If this happened after a plugin/theme update
If it affects only this page or others too
Happy to help further if needed!
