Page layout keeps breaking

  Why do my page layouts keep breaking? It works one time then another time everything is overlapping, buttons not showing CS style, and other random things broken. I go back an hour later and its fine. And other pages are fine, its just random ones

  This is what it does randomly for some pages out of nowhere

  A few minutes later it’s back to normal again. It is so inconsistent for my clients to see broken pages like this randomly
