  Is it possible to link the PAGE NAME on wordpress.com to another website? In other words, when a visitor clicks on the page name in the menu, it automatically takes them to another blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I already had the custom menu … just needed to add the custom link. And it works perfectly!
