page link mixed up, page missing

  Hi, just changed to a new template page, Tonal. I have a page ‘Latest News’ in my Menu. It allows me to update info and save etc. But the actual link in the menu takes you my Introduction page??? Cant seem to get to actual Latest News page anymore, can get to it via admin. Can you look and advise please, many thanks Pete

  Hi. Did you get this sorted out? The “Latest News” link is presently going to the page https://petecodling.wordpress.com/latest-news-2/.

  Hi thanks musicdoc1. I think i have solved it. I hadnt realised the difference between a Post and page.

  I needed to copy the Post and relaunch as a Page so that it would appear in the menu. Needed to rename the (old) Latest News page to Introduction. Then copy (new) Latest News to recreate as page to see the link in the menu….
  As I use it for static pages rather than blogging as such…. i think..
