page link redirects to mysite/wp-signup.php

  Hi,
  I don’t know when this happened, probably after i started implementing with multisite few days ago, but on one page (maybe more but not all) when I click on the internal link it redirects me on mysite/wp-signup.php.

  page is https://www.quadrilatero.com/pannelli-fonoassorbenti/
  one of the links sends to https://www.quadrilatero.com/wp-signup.php?new=quadrilatero.com

  I have modified file htacces an wp_config for the multisite but I don’t know how to fix the problem.
  I tried to re enter the links manually but it didn’t work.

  Hi,
  on wordpress.org says it only replies to site on wordpress.com and not .org
