Page linking issues

  My pages link back to the sign up for a new blog page. Even when I am logged out from the admin board it won’t let me look at the updates and changes. Is there a way on the dashboard to change page permalinks?

  There’s a wide-spread issue evidenced by the multiple active threads on the front page of this forum and beyond reporting the same issue for over 24 hours.
