Page Linking Issues

Hello. I am having trouble getting my pages linked appropriately. I have a ‘Professional Resume’ page on my site (caseydrottar.wordpress.com), but when clicking on the link, I am instead driven to my latest blog post. I double checked the page itself, and there is content was well as a set URL. However, it doesn’t seem to matter what edits are made, the correct URL does not appear when clicking on this link.

Yes, I can see that the navigation links on your page are not behaving nicely. By any chance, did you follow the procedure here when setting up your menu?
https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/It might be easier to create a new menu and go through the process step-by-step for now.
You will be able to see and select the available pages each time you add a Page to your menu. You will notice that Home is also a Page option, along with any published Pages.
Once you have selected all your menu items, choose a menu location (in your case it may be Main Navigation, or something similar) then save your changes.
You should be all set from there.
