Page links below header accidentally deleted

  I’m new to WordPress and installed the Penscratch theme. Then I uploaded a header picture to play with.

  After I did this, the page links underneath the header and above my post disappeared. On the demo version there are 4 of them (About Me, Images, Writing, Reading List). https://lrmcgill.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.phpundefinedpenscratch

  I had 2 placeholders, but they have disapeared.

  I cannot seem to get these page links back.

  Any ideas would be appreciated.

  Sorry…the link I provided above is incorrect. It should have been http://penscratchdemo.wordpress.com/
