page links don't appear in my site header

  hi

  I cannot create neither page nor menu item on my site. E.g. I can create them, but they don’t appear in the header of my site. What is wrong? It is not a theme-related issue as I’m now using unmodified twenty eleven theme for testing purposes.

  Could qtranslate plugin cause this problem?
