page-links-to pluggin issue

  Hi

  I’m trying to use the “Page-Links-To” plugin so that I can links to external link. It is working as it supposed to. But I also wants that when users click on the comment of that post, it should take it to the comment section. But this pluggin change all the links to the external. So I can not go to comment section.

  Any idea how to filter the comments link so this plugin would not change the link to the comments?
