page loading problem

  I added several pages and the changes are not holding. Sometimes they are there and sometimes they are not. I have refreshed several times. Basically I have created a paent page called Map and then 8 sub maps. Sometimes only 5 maps are there and sometimes all 9 are there, including the parent map.
