Page looks different in different browsers.

  The problem I have, is my page looks different in each browser. I like it the way I see on google chrome on my netbook, but when I open internet explorer or any of them it looks nothing like how I designed it. The page is wider than I thought and can see my face in the header.

  Is there a way to adjust that on CSS or something ?

  To get a really good idea what I mean I have out some pictures on my website.
