Page name as esternal link.
-
I am hosted on mydomain.wordpress.com.
I would like to have a page name that is on my blogs navigation bar be a link to my non- WordPress.com website.
Is this possable on WordPress.com hosted blogs?

No, it’s not possible. Your blog’s name is a link to the home page of the blog, and that’s hard-coded into the blog itself. You can’t change that. You could make a widget for your sidebar with a link to your other site if you wanted, provided the theme you’re using supports widgets.

Doesn’t make any difference. If the page is a WordPress.com blog page, the name of the page will always go to WordPress.com. Anything else is a big no-no, besides being impossible anyway.

YOu would have to hardcode the themes to do something like that and, since we’re on a shared environment, you would be doing it to everybody who used those themes and they would be doing that to you.
