Page name change, "Blog" to XXXX

Hello,
I’m trying to change a name of page.It’s “Blog” now, but I’d like to change it to something else, but I don’t see “Blog” in a page section on my dashboard where I can add or delete pages.
Is it because of free hosting version?

Some themes have “blog” tabs or “home” tabs that are not actual pages. These tabs coded into the template. > http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/05/06/the-home-tab/

That’s great news. Thank you for sharing it. I visited your blog and it’s now working the way you wanted it to. Many people claim to be jealous of Gulf Islanders but IMHO when it comes right down to it very few would ever have what it takes to live the minimalist lifestyle I have been living for over 30 years, and fewer still have what the multiple skills takes to be make an income here. :)
