Page name formatting

Good day. I understand page names are required to label the page and it then appears in the menu. I see this because if I delete the page name, it appears in the menu as ‘no name’ I still want to name the pages, but don’t want that name to appear on the page concerned. I would be happy to just change the colour to match the background, but i can’t seem to manage to do it.
