page navigation a little messed up …help

  Somehow I double the amount of page navigation links that I need. I don’t know how I did this but I cannot seem to get rid of the second set of links. See the bottom of the page here for an example:

  http://davidandbethany.net/wordpress/page/2/

  Here is the part of index.php that I think is causing the problem:
