Page not appearing in navigation

    I’m working on a wordpress site/blog for someone who purchased/uploaded a theme from iThemes.com.
    It includes a navigation bar under the header that is supposed to display all of the pages, however, the new blog page I created is not showing up.

    I’ve tired using the iThemes support page which was no help, so I’m hoping someone here has an idea for me.
