page not appearing or deleting.

  I have a problem with my pages. I deleted the Page ‘Feature’ and added ‘Disclaimer’ but feature is still on the blog and disclaimer not appearing. I have read about similar problems and tried all the suggestions but it is not working. Can you help. It seems find on the dashboard but it is not appearing on the blog.
