Page not appearing under parent

  I have created this page http://songsfromthehowlingsea.com/info/press-kit/ and want it to appear under ‘Contact and Info’ in the menu bar.

  In the page attributes of the page I have selected ‘Contact and info ‘ as the parent but still my page doesn’t appear at all under contact and info in the menu bar.

  What am I doing wrong?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
