Page not coming up

Hello, I have a website and it is not letting me log into it. I need to update my page. It keeps saying it doesnt recognize my user name or email but I get emails from wordpress about plug in updates every day

Keep in mind that if WordPress.com does not host the site, this question will be better for WordPress.org forums. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

Can you share the URL of your website?
I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
