Page not displayed

Hi- I recently created a new page http://thefictionroom.net/james-robertson/ but it does not appear on the menu of available pages on my website. I have made sure that it is public and read through the forums but I can’t find the way to make it visible.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The regular top menu of a theme automatically displays links to all your published pages. A custom top menu, on the other hand, displays only what you tell it to display.
The items of your menu aren’t in alphabetical order; so you’ve either edited the pages and set page order numbers, or you have created a custom menu to set the order. In the first case you should go to Appearance > Menus and make sure the blank option is selected in the Theme Locations pulldown. In the second case you should go to Appearance > Menus, add the new page to the menu, save menu. -
