Page not found

I am very new at word press and blogging in general. I am strugling with the structure of a website combo blog. I started my blog picked my theme, did my about page, added other pages, added catagoires and while trying to tie them together lost my main or 1st page. When I try to go to the blog I get Page Not found. Please help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your site is private, so we volunteers cannot see what you have done.
I suspect you deleted the sample post on your home page so there are no posts to be found on your blog. If that’s the case, then just go to your dashboard—>posts—>add new—>write a post—>publish.
But if it’s something else, we need more info…

After I did new post then went to what I thought was the home page (upper left where it says esmcommunitywatch the descriptive name i gave it.then it goes to no page again.

Sorry but your blog is not public. We volunteers cannot see what you have done. Beyond my guess, and without seeing your site, I don’t have any other ideas.
