Hi,
We’re working with our domain administration service for them to resolve this ASAP. I’ll send you an update once I have something more.
Thanks for your patience and for using WordPress.com

Howdy again,
Thank you all for your patience. The issue leading to the 404 has been resolved and you should now be able to access the Domain Manager as expected.
If you have any issues, please let me know.
Thanks again!

Hello,
Thanks to your answer ! :)
I have to change the direction of my DNS but I have just a IP address not a name of my new DNS. I can change nonetheless ? -
Hi,
Can you provide some more information on what you’re wanting the final result to be, so I can best advise of the best route to take?
Nameservers have to be what’s known as a fully-qualified domain name (e.g. ns1.wordpress.com) and can’t be an IP address.
Cheers!

Hello,
Yes no problem, I can explain to you the situation…
Formerly I have created a blog on WordPress with personnel domain name. But now, I would like close the blog and recover my domain name for my new website.
When I am in the interface to manage my domain name I can change the DNS name. But with my new website interface (Behance) I have a “IP adress” and I don’t find a DNS name…
So, It is possible to change the direction of a domain name with just an IP adress ? -
Hope you had a great weekend. Checking this out, are these the instructions you were told to follow: https://behancenetwork.zendesk.com/entries/23178543 ?
If so, I’ll have to make that change for you. Can you confirm which domain you’d like to make the change on?
In the end, though, if you aren’t planning on using your domain name on WordPress.com, we’d suggest that you transfer the domain to a different registrar, like namecheap.com or another. This would allow you to make changes like this yourself without having through our support staff. It’s the one limitation in our system at present.
Please let me know which route you’d like to go (transfer away or keep and have me change) as well as which domain it concerns.
Thanks!

Hello,
I have an another problem…
I would like to change my domain registrar but I don’t find in mu dashboard the “Cancel Private Registration” (not in the Store -> My Upgrades in your WordPress.com blog dashboard).
So, it is possible to “Cancel Private Registration” in the control panel of my domain name ?
My new registrar said to my domaine name : “Status: clientDeleteProhibited ” -

Howdy,
You don’t have the Private Registration upgrade, so no need to cancel it. The domain was locked, so you’ll need to ensure to login to the domain manager and unlock them. Instructions can be found at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/#log-into-the-domain-manager
Cheers!
