Page not found

I have a page titled as “Writing” that links to some writing samples, but when I click on it it says:
http://sincerelyloewe.wordpress.com/portfolio/writing/OOPS! THAT PAGE CAN’T BE FOUND.
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?I know it used to work before, but now it doesn’t. I’ve tried deleting the content and re-making the page but it still doesn’t work.
In editing mode, I see all my content. But when I try to view the page or even preview, it says page not found. What can I do to fix it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you find out what is wrong please let me know too. I have had the same problem occur for my job hunting portfolio. Very frustrating. I link my portfolio to my resume and so it means all my potential employers have been looking at nothing.
My Problem page is
https://architryst.wordpress.com/portfolio/
And there are several pages under that to display different projects and pieces of writing. I’ve reset the menus, resubmitted pages. nothing. It appears my structure is correct and everything listed under the correct parent so I have no idea where it has disappeared to. Any help would be appreciated. -

First: When you click on what?
Second: In the “Publish” module beside the page editor
- What is it’s status? It could be draft, pending, or published. Is yours published?
- What is the visibility setting? The choices are public, password protected, and private. Is yours set on “public”?

@ architryst
I figured it out. I used to have my Writing page under another parent page that I no longer use. After I changed it to (no parent) it works fine now.
