You’ve reached support for WordPress.com blogs. The site you’ve indicated, http://www.richestnetwork.my, is a self-hosted site running the free version of WordPress available from WordPress.org.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

If you’re experiencing difficulties in your /wp-admin/ area of the self-hosted site, the first thing I’d start with is disabling any plugins you’ve activated.
However, that error sounds more like the default message of a Posts page where no posts are present. Make sure you have at least one published post and see if that message goes away. I do not currently that error at the URL you’ve provided.
That’s about as far as I can help troubleshoot this issue without access to your site. The folks at WordPress.org support may have more ideas.
